Alexis's first introduction to the healing arts was at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. She completed her training in 1999 with additional certification in Reiki energy healing. She enjoyed a successful massage practice and wonderful clients for 20 years, during which time she also moved to Florida and freelanced as a massage therapist on luxury yachts around the world. She relocated back to Utah in 2019. Over her 27 years of experience in massage therapy and energy healing, she has maintained a passion for facilitating holistic wellness.

She also found herself fascinated with the health applications of the mind and hypnosis, leading her to become a certified hypnotherapist, regression therapist, and medical support hypnotherapist in 2013. Her practice incorporates hypnosis, past life regression, addressing past life and childhood issues, and medical support hypnosis covering areas such as pain management, accelerated healing, weight management, and smoking cessation.

Her spiritual journey and study of astrology began in the early 1990s, eventually specializing in evolutionary astrology as a powerful complement to her hypnotherapy practice. Over the years, her training in astrology and tarot has developed through in-person classes, online courses, and extensive reading. More recently, tarot has become a deep passion, synthesizing the elements, astrology, numerology, and symbolism to help guide clients in understanding themselves, gaining conscious awareness, and navigating their spiritual integration and life journey.
