- If you are scheduling a first time consultation, no information will be required until you decide if hypnotherapy is right for you.
- When you schedule a hypnotherapy or astrology session, I will send you an email with a secure form that you will fill out at lease 48 hours prior to your appointment, which will include any medical, mental health, or birth data (for astrology) that I will need on file.
- If your hypnotherapy session is online, I will send you an email with instructions on how prepare for your session and what you will need to have available.
- When you schedule your session, a Zoom link will be automatically emailed to you so we can connect.

- If this is your first massage with me, I will email you an electronic Massage Intake form that needs to be filled out prior to your appointment.
