About Alexis

My first introduction to the healing arts was at the Utah College of Massage Therapy.  I completed my training in 1999 with extra training in Reiki energy healing.  I enjoyed my massage practice and wonderful clients for 20 years. I moved to Florida and freelanced as a massage therapist on luxury yachts around the world, then relocated back to Utah in 2019

I also found myself fascinated with the health application of hypnosis. I became a certified hypnotherapist and medical support hypnotherapist, attending the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, NM. I added this beneficial service to my practice in 2013.

My astrology and tarot training has developed over the years from in-person and online courses, and books.
