Healthy weight management means different things to different people. Some people have struggled all their life with more weight on their body than is comfortable. Some women gain weight during menopause, or after having children. Most of us know that what we are eating and drinking is causing the problem, but struggle to change our habits to have the health we desire, and a big one is cortisol weight from constant stress.
I am not a nutritionist, dietitian, or medical provider, so having a medical exam, doing lab work for your hormones and thyroid function, and other medical issues that cause weight gain is highly suggested. What I can provide for you, with the use of hypnosis, is to help you uncover your reason for having unhealthy nutrition, dig deep to find core beliefs about yourself and your body shape, find out what emotional components like sadness, loneliness, and boredom, make you reach for comfort through food, and find out if your weight is protecting you in some way from interacting with others the way you would like.
Even using past life regression to uncover past events like dying of starvation, or being to frail to protect yourself could be part of your story. I cannot determine as we begin our journey together what will show up for you, or the memories your subconscious will present to you, but I will facilitate and guild you through the process of connecting to your higher self, and find the wisdom and understanding that you seek, to be able to live in your physical body in a healthier way.
